Mozota comments on this, stating, “The most important development in AVoIP is IPMX, developed by the Joint Task Force for Networked Media and marketed by AIMS. It’s an open transport standard that marries SMPTE 2110 essence streams with device management capabilities like discovery and monitoring.”

The conversation around cybersecurity creeps in, too. “In the field of Cybersecurity, we should be aware of Zero Trust Security and the available tools for its implementation,” Mozota cautioned, highlighting the importance of staying secure as AV technology develops.
