Embedded within Zoho WorkDrive, Zia Hubs uses the company’s own AI engine, known as Zia, to sift through unstructured content. Gogia sees Zia Hubs’ focus on vertical integration as a potential strength. According to him, “Where others emphasize platform flexibility or ecosystem openness, Zoho leans into vertical integration—owning the apps, data, AI layer, and storage. This allows tighter coupling across CRM, HR, and project apps without third-party friction.”

Prabhu Ram, VP for the industry research group at CMR, points out that while compelling for current users, Zoho’s offerings may not be as universally appealing as those from Microsoft or Google.
